Project Manager for Main Contractor- Luxury Residential Sector London-based Main Contractor with a focus on Prime and Super Prime residential projects for high net worth clients across central London are looking to appoint a Design Manager on a permanent basis. With a head office in London, their projects typically span prime postcodes such as St John's Wood, Hampstead and Kensington. They are a financially robust business with a turnover in excess of £100m. The Role: Project Manager to be site based on a c. £15m project delivering 9 luxury apartments in St John's Wood. The Project Manager will also be expected to conduct such duties as: Key Responsibilities: * Develop and optimize project programs * Identify and resolve problems before and during construction * Ensure compliance with current regulations and efficient project execution * Conduct regular meetings with site manager(s) to assess progress and monitor key risk areas * Oversee all aspects of Health & Safety on assigned sites * Work closely with the Procurement department to optimize material procurement * Generate monthly client reports and undertake monthly valuations Experience Requirements: * Extensive UK-based experience in high-end residential construction * Proficient in professional project management best practices (PRINCE2 or equivalent) * Health & safety trained with a comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations * Expert knowledge of contracts Click Apply below to be considered for this genuine career development opportunity.
